Siska D’hoore is the Head of HR at the National Bank of Belgium. Her focus is to adapt the Bank to today’s challenges by working on culture, employer branding and talent development.
Prior to joining the Bank, she held various positions in the IT sector, first on the business side, often involved in large scale outsourcing and organizational design projects, before moving to HR as HR Director for West & Central Europe at Getronics, a worldwide IT player.
She has a large experience in various sectors (finance, public sector, services) across Europe and India.
