How will online training work?
Central Banking’s Virtual Training Courses are made up of four elements:
- Orientation
- On registration, each participant will receive a dedicated contact to help you with any parts of the approval process
- Pre-Learning
- Specially selected by the course chair and drawing on a wide range of sources, the Pre-learning will consist of worksheet assignments, pre-recorded presentations from central bankers, selected reading and scenario-based exercises – all focused on the work central bankers have to do today
- Delegates will be asked to complete the pre-learning before the Live Content
- Live Content
- Live content over four days will feature presentations by speakers with Q&A and discussion workshops for interaction and sharing of participants experiences
- Led by the course chair, the final day will feature in-depth discussions summarising the main points of the course, enabling delegates to develop their own plans and presentations.
- Post training
- An interactive reflection roundtable with chair and group up to two weeks after
- Post training survey sent to you for feedback
- A CPE/CPD certificate
