How do I join the online training?

After extensive research on a suitable digital platform to use, we have decided to go with Zoom as it provides us with all the functionality, we need for training courses. To join this, you will need:

• A device connected to the internet – mobile, tablet or desktop computer
• Through the Internet browser – Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
• Download the app – App Store for Apple devices or Google Play for Android devices

We will provide details of the Zoom meeting prior to the course starting.

IMPORTANT
If you or your company has issues with the Zoom platform, please let us know. Our extensive research on the platform did not find one platform that everyone could use; Zoom was the preferred option but we may be able to find other ways to make this work for you.
